We start with some intention and breath, then free dance, then rotate through the sauna in groups. It is going to be absolutely brilliant and there are limited spaces so please book now if you haven’t already.

WILD BOP — Now weekly every Monday!

Early morning free dance at St Ann’s Well Gardens, Hove. 6.30-7.15am.

Intention setting, optional cacao, breathwork, gentle stretch, then headsets on for a beautiful free dance journey, then stillness and a short meditation to close. It is genuinely magical and I want you there.

SHOREHAM MUMRAVE — Last 2 sessions before summer break

This week and next (ending 21st July) are the final two Shoreham MumRave sessions before we take a summer break. We are back on 7th September and it will be a proper return.

These last two are going to be absolute bangers so please come and make the most of them. You will not regret it!

PATCHAM MUMRAVE - Moving outside!

Patcham is continuing through the summer with a couple of weeks off (looks like 27th July and 3rd August, will confirm very soon).

AND we are moving it to the Peace Garden just a few spaces down the same road. It’s fairly secluded, really lovely and we can finally enjoy being outside together.

BIG NEWS - We now own our own silent disco kit!

I have invested in our very own headsets which means so much more flexibility for outdoor sessions going forward. Wild Bop, pop ups, surprise locations, the possibilities are endless. So excited about this.
